Aniekan Ani-Ezekiel

Ani-Ezekiel is a Social Architect and Entrepreneur from Ikot Ekpene in Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria.
He is the Founder of Mosaic Human Capital Innovations (MHCI) and the CEO of MHCI
London- a multi-regional consulting practice supporting startups and founders in building strong organisational Design and Culture. His professional background is in Human Resources and People Management but has a deep passion for building diverse ecosystems that encourage a new way of living and being. This has led to the founding of The EVA Programme, MHCI’s first product targeted at maximising founder output and building more intentional and resilient startups, while creating value for Africa’s youth population.
Over the last decade, his work has also led to developing solutions for International
Development Partners and government agencies in areas of Renewable Energy, climate change, Entrepreneurship and Technology. Ani-Ezekiel considers himself a Pan-African creative thinker and a Design enthusiast, forging cross-desciplinary co-creation and building new solutions in Education, Skill Acquisition, Knowledge Transfer and Research.
Aniekan is also a Digital Artist outside conventional work and was the first artist to exhibit at Nigeria’s first Digital Museum and Gallery in a co-exibtion titled ‘Art in a Pandemic’, a mixed media exhibition capturing emotive moments from the COVID 19 Pandemic. His creative open work is captured on Instagram @monochromeneo but also deploys this creativity towards innovation in other areas of human endeavour including civic engagements and political action.
His most recent work in this regard is the 2022 Heinrich Boell Stiftung funded Video Podcast on voter education called ‘The Update’.
He also is a proud father of one and has a fatherhood blog on Instagram called
‘TearRubberDaddy’ as well as a Podcast’. He is driven by the conviction that long term success for Africa and Africans will be determined by intentional co-creation and and deep knowledge of our identity.
